Just had some minor surgery and can’t praise highly enough. The clinic itself is a lovely environment, the staff are friendly and helpful, and Dr Virmani is very professional in his approach to the surgery itself and aftercare. Everything is fully explained. Excellent all round.

Excellent service! Really thorough follow-up review where I also had the opportunity to explore lots of potential treatment options in more detail. I was able to walk away having a clear plan of next steps and suitable future options available, whilst also having been advised on treatments that wouldn’t be suitable. This meant I left with full confidence that I wasn’t being persuaded to have treatments that I don’t need.

Booked in for a treatment with Sam this morning. She was professional, knowledgeable and overall just so lovely. As a medical professional myself, I feel confident and comfortable having treatments done at One Clinic, which is largely run by other healthcare professionals. It's clean and welcoming. Reasonably priced too for the level of expertise 👍🏼 Will book again soon

very professional. I felt cared for and reassured the minute I walked through the door. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment and experience. would 100% recommend.

Used the laser service. Dr Virmani was excellent. He explained everything step by step and followed up to check progress. Really pleased with the result.

Minor surgery is a safe, doctor-led procedure used to assess and treat various skin and soft tissue concerns, such as moles, cysts, lipomas, skin tags, and other benign skin lesions. These procedures are performed in a clinical setting, using local anesthetic where required, and are designed to be effective, precise, and minimally disruptive to daily life. At The One Clinic, advanced Erbium YAG laser technology is used to accurately remove unwanted tissue while protecting surrounding healthy skin.

A detailed medical assessment is carried out to understand the concern and determine the most suitable treatment. Then, the doctor will create a personalised treatment plan, clearly explaining the procedure, expected results, and aftercare. Local anaesthetic is used to ensure comfort, followed by precision Erbium YAG laser treatment for accurate removal while protecting surrounding skin. Removed tissue is handled safely and tested if required. Clear aftercare instructions and follow-up are provided to support proper healing.

At The One Clinic, we provide doctor-led minor surgery using advanced Erbium YAG laser technology to safely treat a wide range of skin and soft tissue concerns. This technology allows for highly precise treatment and allows for the precise removal of unwanted tissue while minimising impact on surrounding skin. The Erbium YAG laser is safe for all skin types.
Every minor surgery treatment is carefully personalised. Our doctors take time to assess your concern, medical history, and treatment goals before recommending the most appropriate approach. Where suitable, laser treatment may be used to reduce trauma, limit downtime, and improve comfort. Additional care or follow-up is advised when required to ensure long-term skin health and patient reassurance.

Apply only clinic-recommended gentle moisturisers or ointments.
Avoid washing the treated area for the first 24-48 hours. After this, gently cleanse 1-2 times daily with a mild, fragrance-free cleanser and pat dry with a clean towel; do not rub.
Apply a wrapped ice pack to the area for 15 minutes at a time every few hours to help reduce redness and swelling. Do not place ice directly on the skin.
Avoid waxing, lasers, chemical peels, or other treatments in the treated area for at least two weeks.
Allow any scabs or peeling skin to shed on their own. Do not pick at the area, as this can lead to infection and delayed healing.
Avoid direct sun exposure and use SPF protection.
